My stay at InterContinental Hanoi Westlake was excellent. The location is peaceful and perfect for a relaxing trip, with beautiful lake views and easy access to nearby cafes and walking areas. The staff were consistently warm, attentive, and professional. Room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable throughout my stay. Breakfast was great overall with plenty of variety, though I wish there were more halal options available. Aside from that, everything was perfect, and I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Hanoi.

The breakfast was an amazing thread, with foods from all over the world, representing many cultures. The drink options were expansive, with several juices, teas, coffees, different milk (skim, low fat, whole).
