Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with our stay at the Cambria.
The only positive aspect of our experience was the front desk staff. The woman who welcomed us was extremely kind, welcoming, and professional, and we truly appreciated her attitude and efforts.
Aside from that, the stay was quite underwhelming. While the bathroom appears renovated, the overall comfort was lacking. The mattress was of poor quality and uncomfortable. Additionally, we did not have proper hot water in the shower, and the water pressure was extremely weak. We reported the issue to the front desk, but unfortunately, nothing changed during our stay.
For a hotel in this category, we expected a basic level of comfort, especially when it comes to the bed and the shower. These are essential elements for a pleasant stay, and they were unfortunately not up to standard.
In summary, despite a friendly and professional front desk, we would not recommend this hotel and would not stay here again.
