I like to stay here beacuse of the hot spring water pools, I have stayed here many many times , and in the past my experienceses have been alot better than the last 7 recent stays. Before you were allowed to bring snacks and food with you, and also allowed to checked out of the room, but keep usinging the facilities until 5pm. My last stayed here was in march 2025, It happed to me again that as I am going into the hotel I got stopped and my luggage is being seach for food, I have stayed at much much better and fancy hotels and they have never probhibited me from carring food or snacks. The hotel does have a restaurant and on weekend the food is good but on weekdays is completely different.and why should you be pushed to buy their few selections of food. Specially When staying with children they need snacks.When I get seached I feel intiminated ,and like a criminal, not even when I cross the boarder back to the usa I get seached that way. Hope they change their policy ,And treat their guess better, like regular peolple rather that smugglers.

Lindo hotel en medio de la nada con mucha vegetación y acceso a aguas termales. La propiedad se ve ya muy vieja y desgastada en general, pero las instalaciones hacen que valga la pena la experiencia de visitar aunque sea por 1 vez.

Estoy muy satisfecha con el servicio que me dieron en el hotel durante mi estancia me hubiera gustado que estuvieran más cerca las habitaciones de la alberca y de planta baja me gustaría que le dieran un poco de mantenimiento a las tinas porque son muy resbaladizas, pero en general todo está muy padre. Lo recomiendo ampliamente el agua termal es riquísima y curativa.

Se reportó en el lobby el problema como a las 7pm pero nadie se presentó a atenderlo y tampoco ofrecieron un cambio de habitación por la condición de la pieza, muy costoso el hospedaje para recibir este servicio Si volvería pero solo al Spa que fue una experiencia muy agradable aunque con lo del Hotel salí estresado
