I’ve stayed at The Palms many times and it never disappoints. This boutique property is a gem. Staff is consistently friendly and attentive. Excellent location, EASY walk to "all the things" including 5th Avenue. All the rooms are great but I love falling asleep to the waves when staying in an ocean front room. Breakfast is always delivered on time and always delicious. My go-to spot for a relaxing stay-cation or romantic get-away.

Third visit to Playa Palms. Perfect location. Nicest staff. Surroundings are well looked after. Nice view to the ocean. We would prefer a room on the “sunny” side and on second or third floor for a more private feel. But it was okay to try to stay on the ground floor with the people walking by the terrasse. We like the feeling of this place because it is a smaller hotel. More intimate. And really quiet even though it is 4 minutes away from 5th avenue and all the “chaos”. Highly recommend.

There wasn’t anything that I didn’t love about this Hotel! After I reserved my stay I realized that the night clubs were just around the corner on 12th and thought it would be loud at night, but you could not hear them at all!! All the people that work there are super friendly and helpful! Alfredo greats you with a big smile and makes sure your stay is the best it can be! The water pressure is very strong and the water is hot! The rooms are beautiful with an amazing deck with table and 3 chairs and a hammock! This will be my go-to hotel when I go to Playa. It’s so close to amazing restaurants and pubs with live music. It’s right on the beach with beach chairs! This place is a gem!
