The room was fine, but there's was previous scuff marks and slight damage to the wall that I noticed and took pictures of after I arrived in the room just in case. I received a notification that Hilton (Maggie) put a $50 hold on my card. I enquired by text and I received response back from Mohammed the next morning that it was an incidental deposit that would immediately go back to my account after checkout. It has been 3 days since checkout and Hilton still is still holding my deposit. Can I know why?
Also, I did not like the breakfast options provided… very minimal and bland from what I expected and normally receive. Needs to be majorly improved.
