Excellent hotel in a great location. The staff are extremely efficient and attentive across the hotel. Lots of bars, restaurants and the beach all within walking distance. JB's in the hotel is one of the best bars in the area for food, music and ambience. My only slight criticism is that the beds are very hard, even with a topper. Didn't sleep well. 3rd stay and will stay again.

Great hotel, rooms are large & clean. Amazing service from all the staff. The room attendants were really thorough and always make sure you have everything you need. The staff at the pool are great too! Location great. Only small downside is the lifts are a bit slow only 3 for 25 floors so can take a while for one to arrive / be empty.

Lovely trip, tram line close by, staff very friendly, room view 10/10. Close to the marina and JBR walk. Lifts are slow and they could improve by having day beds on the beach. You have to hire an umbrella for the beach.

The hotel and the room was extremely clean. The staff were exceptional from greeting you on arrival right through to leaving to come home. Everyone deminstrated the will to help and could not do enough for us. It was in a fantastic location making it very accessible to a local super market, restaurants, beach and the Ain Dubai.
