No one was at front desk and had to wait a long time. There was a line of people waiting. Desk attendant was disheveled and looked like he hadn’t brushed his teeth in days. There were liquor bottles outside in the dog exercise area and junk food wraps. The hallways look like they hadn’t been vacuumed in weeks. When we handed in the key in the morning, a woman at the desk pointed to a box when we asked to turn in the key and check out. She didn’t say a word
On a positive note- the young girl running the breakfast room was great. A hard worker and eager to make everything nice, she seemed to be alone in the kitchen
