Check in was a zoo… room was not ready til 2-3 hours after check in time. Gave complimentary drinks at the bar but no bartender therefore no drinks were served…it’s a shame because I have stayed here before and had no problems… Hope they resolve the staff/management issue.

The grand was fantastic 10 years ago! It seriously needs updating. If you stay more than 1 night, after the air fresheners wear off, you can really smell how nasty the carpet is. Breakfast is still the same as Covid times, it’s a line were people serve you, I like to make my own in the proportions I like, It used to be good now it is mediocre, bland. I remember that lady who used to make the best fresh eggs.! Bar was closed on Saturday night???? The elevators made scary noises and were sketchy…mattress and pillows needed updating . Please make this place to what it used to be. Overall, I like the price i got, but it used to be better.

Overall we enjoyed our stay very much. Fairly clean - had trash pieces left on bathroom floor. No coffee/tea supplies in room. Breakfast was ok - French toast was hard as a rock, but other breakfast items were very good.

The staff & Doctors have all been fantastic!! Kind thorough friendly and soothing. I felt very comfortable with all concerned. Rene met me at the emergency entrance. Immediately made me feel comfortable with her words. She was awesome!! The Doctor on duty was very professional in his mannerisms. I would recommend anybody to come to this hospital. Thank you all for the great care and professionalism shared by all. Thank you!!

This property is okay for a night. The bathroom was clean, the bedroom was tidy but not clean. The sheets were just thrown on. the bed with the bed skirt hanging off. The carpet throughout the hotel is filthy. Just pull it up already and put down laminate flooring. You can still using a vacuum. There was a refrigerator in the room but no microwave. There should at least be a microwave in the lobby. Front desk staff and breakfast crew were friendly and competent. Breakfast choices: cereal, juices, grits, eggs, french toast,sausage links and patties and a staple in the South. . . .Community Coffee. If they spent just a few dollars on replacing the carpet it would be 5 star!

We were in town for the Pilgrimage for 4 days. We felt this property needs an upgrade/redecorate/refresh. It feels run down and not very clean in some areas - worn furniture, walls are dirty and dinged up. The room itself felt worn out. It wasn't clean in some areas. Major inconvenience - NO USB ports anywhere. My friend's room did have one in the lamp base but mine did not. I had a river view which was nice but windows were dirty. Didn't have maid service at all the first day and the next two days someone came in and all they did was empty the trash cans! Didn't make the bed and didn't replenish my coffee pods which was very annoying the next morning. Property feels old and worn out.

Hotel was okay. Some of the furniture was soiled. Beds were comfortable. The room price included a breakfast buffet each day. It would have been nice if there was a little more variety each day as opposed to pretty much the same thing, since we were there six days.

We were only there for a night, but it was lovely! Easy parking, close to restaurants, it was also nice to just walk and sit along the river. Rooms were good size and beds were comfortable. Bathroom could use a bit of updating but it was clean. The sink area behind the faucet...I think they miss....but not terrible. Breakfast was great. And the breakfast crew were soooo great.Check in clerk could be more friendly. And check in did take a bit, because another guest had issues...and she was alone. I'd probably be a bit grumpy too. 100% would stay again!
