For being a fairly old hotel, it was located right, and managed well. The rates were also good.

At first I wasn't sure about this property being so far away from Mount Fuji (the reason we were in the area) however, we got there and the hotel is beautiful and the staff was very nice to us. The room was amazing and clean. the shower and body wash/shampoo/conditioner were all very statisfactory. We would love to stop by again if we are in the area.

Good place to stay for a couple of nights
Hotel is in a good location, about a 15 minute walk from the station. Hotel is a little dated, but staff is super friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet is good, Western and Asian breakfast provided. Rates were a good value. Air-conditioner did not work properly. 20C was coldest temperature.

We had a wonderful stay. We received a free drink every night of our stay. We were so happy to borrow the bicycles for 3 hours to pedal around the town. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only downfall was we couldn’t get a nice big bed. We had two single beds.

Numazu riverside hotel
We booked two rooms: a triple room with 3 single beds and a river view, and a double room with a mountain view. While the triple room was quite good, the double room on the 11th floor was very small and had a heavy cigarette smell, making it impossible to sleep. We moved to a room on the 9th floor next to the kids' room, and had to pay additional money for a room with the same mountain view but with two single beds. Although the cigarette smell was less intense, the curtains were dusty. This hotel is not family-friendly; you're better off staying in Mishima.
