We were there for three nights, housekeeping was virtually nonexistent. They only came in the room once… changed the garbage cans gave us new towel towels that was it… And that was only one of three nights. No lamps in the room, no phone, fire sprinkler in bathroom was covered, toilet was barely bolted down to the floor. Breakfast, TVs, location, where the highlights of this stay. Always question what they mean by “value”!

Terrible hotel. Do not stay here if you are going to a Patriots game especially although I have no idea why anyone would if not. The people at the desk are incompetent but pleasant.

They had great snack options in the room and the room was very very clean. Hallways could use some updating, but was absolutely perfect for the price and what we needed it for! Would definitely stay again. Wish the bar downstairs was open to grab a drink though!

Manager and some of the staff were really helpful and attentive. They served real eggs for breakfast, which was awesome. The smoking hallways were in the majority on this property, making it impossible not to get exposed to second-hand smoking. That was my biggest concern for this stay. Otherwise, it is conveniently located distancewise to Boston and Rhode Island 30-45 min drive.
