We had a wonderful stay at Pedras da Rainha. Checkin/out were easy, the room was very clean, and the property was well-maintained. We brought our dog with us and it was the simplest, no-hassle pet experience ever. The location was excellent - just down the road from charming restaurants and shops plus a walkable boardwalk. A quick 10-minute drive has you in Tavira proper or in the other direction, at a bright sandy beach. We would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to others.

Good location less than 10 m.walk to waterfront. Development looking a bit tired in places but clean and well run. Staff all very helpful if not overly cheerful. Pool area not really sufficient for size of development. Could do with second, adult only pool.

We really enjoyed our family stay at Pedras da Rainha. The short walk to the non stop ferry crossings made the beautiful beach really accessible, and the short taxi ride into Tavira gave us cultural experiences and a stunning setting for dinner by the river. One of the best i have stayed in,regarding pool area and gardens.Close to shops and a variety of restaurants.The rooms however left a lot to be desired.We stayed in studio accomadation.Perhaps larger rooms are more comfortable.

I have just returned from a short break at Pedras - my 4 th time here and will be returning again next year. I love the tranquility and convenience of the place. The staff are just lovely and so very helpful. Very comfortable accommodation especially enjoy the amazing pool! Thank you Pedras for another revitalising break!

Lovely complex

Lovely complex with great pool cafe and restaurant. Good location for surrounding restaurants. Supply train and boat transfer to beach for free. The staff are very helpful and friendly. They offer free yoga classes. Spa treatments & raquet sports and bowls are charged as extra.

We needed somewhere to stay last minute that was budget friendly and we plumped for this thinking it had the bonus of a pool. While the accommodation was clean and the AC worked well, the bathroom was too cramped. Manageable for 3 nights but wouldn’t want any more. The place is obviously well loved by Portuguese families. However we didn’t end up using the pool at all as it was small for the amount of people in the place, so full of groups of people chatting in the pool and the water was murky and the tiles around the edge were dirty and off putting. Many of the houses need repainting and some of the pathways were in desperate need of repair. Loved Cabanas and Tavira but wouldn’t return! Considering we didn’t use the pool or any of the facilities I also didn’t think it was value for money and that was with money off Expedia due to a money off reward I had used. Staff on reception very friendly and helpful.

Roaches in the room welcomed us. We left and did not spend the night. When we checked in, there was another guest in a different room, complaining of 3 roaches walking on their walls. The room was very warm and humid.

Everything was great and the staff was awesome. The only negatives were the kitchen was too dark, the fireplace smoke odor was overpowering and strong, and the front door and car were always full of pidgeon poop. Trimming the trees should solve the pidgeon poop issue. We didn’t know the WiFi router had to be rented and there were none available for the first week. All the shortcomings were made up by the great staff.

Arrived around 22:00 and was given a small map with my apartment circled in pen and sent then to move in on my own. It took me approximately 40 minutes to find it in the dark!. When I did find it I entered the studio door to find a large cockroach on my bed pillow?!. I complained about my exsperince at reception the next day. The resort in general has a run down feeling about it with Dirty outside walls and my staircase was covered in bird mess. There is way too much noise from barking dogs during the day and I won’t be staying here again. No where near worth the money I paid.

Et dejligt sted i rolige omgivelser og tæt på Cabanas med mange spise- og indkøbsmuligheder, hvis man vil lave sin egen mad. Desværre kunne vi ikke komme ud på den strand, som billederne viser, da vi har hund med🤗 Tennisbanerne er hardcourt og ikke så gode at spille på. Der er til gengæld god gang i padelbanerne. Husene er meget forskellige … men gå efter et lidt større og nyrenoveret hvis muligt. Vi havde nogle skønne dage her 🌞
