atención decente , pero una experiencia decepcionante en general Quiero comenzar destacando la atención de la gerente, quien fue muy amable y nos ayudó a conseguir reservaciones en los restaurantes durante nuestras dos últimas noches. Ese gesto fue muy valorado. Sin embargo, nuestra experiencia en el hotel no fue la esperada. Resulta muy frustrante tener que hacer reservaciones para cenar todas las noches debido a la supuesta falta de disponibilidad, y luego llegar a restaurantes que están medio vacíos. La otra opción que ofrece el hotel es el buffet, pero la calidad de la comida ahí deja bastante que desear. Muy mala calidad y muy mal elaborada Adicionalmente, pagamos por el upgrade al paquete Sein Plus esperando una experiencia superior, pero no valió la pena. El área de adultos siempre estaba llena, no permiten hacer reservas con antelación y, aunque se indica que abre a las 8:00 a.m., en realidad no está disponible hasta las 10:00 a.m. Aun llegando temprano, la mayoría de las camas ya estaban ocupadas, lo cual fue bastante decepcionante. Pareciera como que las aguantan para venderlas después El hotel es visualmente muy bonito y en las fotos se ve espectacular, pero lamentablemente el servicio al cliente, la comida y la organización de las actividades no cumplen con lo prometido. No repetiríamos nuestra estadía. Además fuimos con mi hermana y los niños ese fue otro problema porque el club kids en realidad tiene tantas restricciones que es casi imposible dejar los niños

Staff were friendly. The resort location was very nice. The beach was quiet, calm and very nice. We liked the hammocks in the water. We also enjoyed the lounge chairs in the pool. The pool was as also very nice. We enjoyed the restaurants. You have to reserve on the hotel app same day or before and it was well worth it. We also liked the free pirate boat road. This is a nice play to stay with family with small children.

I was booked twice by grand oasis because the app malfunctioned. The customer service is atrocious. stay far away from the grand oasis anything it is utter and total crap. I asked for a refund and they ignored me so I was charged twice on the same day for two different locations. I am going to file a lawsuit.

Booked Grand Oasis Palm but they put us in the Sens next door. However they failed to mention they were doing construction, which is not good trying to get a toddler to nap. Then a huge pirate statue fell on my sister and they could’ve cared less. At least they sent guys out to fix it. Thankfully it didn’t fall on a child. Our toddler got sick and we asked for sheets and told them at 6 am and at 6:30am. Sheets arrived 7 hours later and then they called wanting to charge us extra for finding vomit on the sheets and not notifying them. Food wasn’t good either and it took forever for them to put new food out at the buffet.

Los servicios del hotel son buenos, excepto uno de los barman Jorge qué está en la piscina mal servicio actitud despectiva. En relación a la habitación, el baño mu reducido y sin puerta el área de regadera, en malas condiciones una de las llaves del lado derecho del lavamqnos con fuga de agua, finalmente en la caja de seguridad había una pequeña cucaracha.

La instalación es antigua pero está buena. El servicio no muy bueno. Principalmente en el bar de la piscina y algunos restaurantes. El todo incluido no es todo incluido. Solo tienen cerveza XX Lager se acababan las bebidas y no habían más. El buffet no tenía mucha variedad.
