Room was clean and comfortable except for the fact there was no internet on the TV; and we had to get someone from the front desk to figure out the TV remote! There was no hot water for a shower! Breakfast was not what we expected. No cups were available for the juice station. There was a huge container of biscuits, but no gravy. Some of the condiment containers were empty. There was no hot dark roast coffee available. Staff was friendly and helpful, especially housekeeping staff.

Room was newly remodeled, and we were the first to use the pull out couch. It was still sealed shut and wrapped in plastic when we opened it. However, the door latch into the room was missing critical components to feel secure. Bed was comfortable, staff was friendly.

The building is under construction, we missed that information when booking but decided we’re going to make the best of it when we arrived and realized. They had the pool, not the worst but also not ideal as we paid extra to stay at a hotel with a pool. When we arrived the room had hair all over it and there was no hot water for hours. There are plumbing and draining issues. Our toilet barely flushed , our sink had residue in it and after having 2 people take showers we figured out why. The sink was so full , it was overflowing onto the bathroom floor. Something was obviously wrong with the drains. We let the front desk know and the lady pretty much brushed us off and acted annoyed. We would not stay here again.

This rating is more for Hotels.com. If you are going to sell rooms for hotels you need to take the time to learn the condition. This hotel is DEEP in renovations. No pool or hot tub, lots of dust and stains everywhere. What was supposed to be a nice relaxing stay for my husband and I as our Christmas gift together, was partially ruined by the amenities that were unavailable. The actual website for this hotel stated they were in renovations, so the surprise to us wasn’t on them, but hotels.com. Do better. Put on the hotel link that it’s in renovations.

Was awakened at 7am to the sound of construction workers directly above us on the next floor. Grinders, drills, chisels, hammering. Just very loud, disruptive of the rest we were so looking forward to.

The room was really nice and staff was friendly. Not happy that we picked that place for the heated pool and it was not heated. We found out they were closing it for renovations the next day and didnt know the place was under construction. There were also bugs all around the pool and in the hot tub.

We were on the fourth floor, which was under heavy construction. Only one of the two elevators was working. Our stay was noisy with construction and going out or down to the pool took forever waiting for the overworked elevator that was doing the work of two.

The rooms were nothing to write home about but it was good for a one night stay before our flight out. The indoor pool was nice and the gym was awesome! There's even a water bottle refill station inside of it. The breakfast was good! No complaints here!
