We arrived late at night, but we had not hot water. Beds were very comfy. Hotel not on beach, it’s across the very busy beach. In the morning still no hot water… and staff did not really apologize for us having to take cold showers… I felt like they didn’t really care.

However when they know we are yhere on business not a holiday we should be put up the back away from the music which was unbelievably loud, that loud we could not even hear the TV in our room, this was a real turn off for us and a shame. Would definitely visit again for a holiday but would not stay there again when we have to go over for business.

Straight from room to pool I can not speak highly enough of courtyard. The meals the helpful staff. From hotel to the private beach area was so stress free and relaxing. Will definitely stay there again

This was a great property. The staff was excellent and very attentive. Food at the restaurant was great and the dinner entertainment was very enjoyable. The pools and lounge chairs were really nice. The only issue was the numerous fireworks at night causing some noise pollution.

The property is well maintained. My room was well appointed, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was great. A variety of fresh fruit, breads/pastries, an egg made to order station, crepe station... very satisfied. The pool staff are attentive, for poolside service. I was happy that I chose this hotel and would stay here again. Thank You

Be prepared to be pampered.

Stayed at the Niksoma several times over the years It’s a lovely beachfront Hotel with great facilities sundrenced pools in lovely garden setting. But the staff are the best part of the Hotel they are so accommodating and pleasant .

Breakfast was great! and enjoyed the dinner with fireworks! Nice pools! We walked around the beach in the morning, watch people surfing. We enjoyed the Beatles band and songs very much, we missed Drag Queens show at our hotel, but did enjoyed the same show the night before at the next door hotel.
