Our Office Manager prepaid for this stay on hotels.com, but when I got to the property they made me pay...again? We hope that they refunded the original form of payment. The office manager said this hasn't happened before, and it was frustrating. Luckily I was given a company credit card, I know some of my co-workers don't have them and count on the prepay option for a smooth trip!

I wouldn’t go so far as to say this is a free breakfast. I have a hard time understanding why a national chain can’t offer better than powdered eggs for their patrons. It might be better to get pastries from one of your fine downtown vendors, add some fresh fruit, and brew some decent coffee-bad form folks.

Everything was great. The A/C did a great job, the room key worked, and the TV was large. I say that because the last hotel I stayed at was terrible and nothing worked, in the middle of August no doubt! The bed was also very comfortable, but what is with hotels and these tiny airplane pillows these days!?

The person who checked us in was not very nice or friendly. We traveled with another couple and asked for adjoining rooms and he explained why he couldn’t do that due to our both reserving a king size bed which was fine but then we asked if we could be close to each other and we were on the same floor but on completely opposite side of the hotel.

We had a one night stay and decided to stay at this property for the first time. It was easy to find parking was great. Check in was smooth and the receptionist was friendly. Our room was what we expected and the breakfast in the morning was filling and tasty.

Would not recommend.

We were not impressed with the quality of our accommodations. Our room was nothing special ~ not inviting in our estimation. Decor was sparse. The pillows were of extremely poor quality ~ small, lumpy and quite uncomfortable. The mattress was not much better ~ the mattress had very little, if any, support. The bathroom was spacious but rather bare bones. The breakfast was okay ~ there were many items to choose from. We stayed at the McMinnville, OR location. We would not book here again ~ and if anyone should ask, we would not recommend lodging here. Hopefully, other Comfort Inns are better. Our experience at this location was sadly poor.
