The hotel was perfectly appointed, and the location was perfect, walking distance to lovely restaurants and shops. Not as luxury as you’d hope

This hotel is sadly vastly oversold. The staff were friendly but the room cleaning was very minimal, our bed made a loud noise every time you moved and the breakfast was very limited. We were unable to use the lounge on one of the days we were there and also one of the restaurants was closed. The ‘free drinks’ we got on arrival were two bottled iced teas and there were no robes or slippers. The location is great but otherwise I wouldn’t stay again.
