Great venue for a stay in Valetta

Lovely traditional hotel, very plush with multiple bars and restaurants. Excellent breakfast four range. Great service. Large indoor and outdoor pools, we always managed to get sun beds, but there were noticeable towels on beds in prime locations which were unused for long periods, very annoying! Overall an excellent stay and would stay there again.

Great hotel with huge pool and private beach both with plenty of chairs. Although the rooms are a bit dated the hotel is still so elegant. Its in a great position and they have daily free car/shuttle to valletta. Would highly recommend this hotel

4 Night trip to Malta and Valetta

We chose this Hotel due to it's proximity to Valetta centre and the fact it had great outdoor pool and bar areas and its own mini beach. Valetta centre is only a 10 minute stroll away and if you're not into walking then the Hotel offers a regular free shuttle service to the centre. It certainly has the Grand Feel. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with a good powerful shower and we had a partial sea view which was really nice. The rooms are a little dated with regard to decor and furnishings but we didn't mind this due to it's comfort and all the other great facilities the Hotel had. Also free parking was very handy for us as we rented a car for our stay.

Raj Kumar, concierge, was very helpful to book restaurants and arrange for a private boat ride Decor is grand and was probably very nice in its prime ,however for a 5* hotel , this hotel needs some TLC with furnitures and bathroom/ toilet, including the one near the breakfast area.

I have been to this hotel many times before, but many years ago. I will say that things have changed, and not in a good way. The hotel is nice, and the outdoor area as well. But the staff don’t look at you and are not very friendly. Housekeeping came in to our room 07:15 twice, when we were sleeping Did not see any of the hotels vip-goods either
