Excellent stay at this hotel! We have a large family and it isn't easy making everyone happy, and we absolutely loved this hotel stay. During a trip during the holidays, we stayed 4 days in Grand Rapids, and a much higher end hotel chain for 4 days in Detroit for the latter half of our stay - this one FAR exceeded the more expensive hotel we stayed at. From the comfort of the beds, layout of the rooms, to the breakfast, pool and hot tub, friendliness of staff, accomodations, and location; this hotel has earned 5 stars from our family! This will definitely be our 'spot' when we come back to visit family this summer!

Breakfast had a variety, the room was clean, other than we found a water bottle under the fold out couch when we arrived. Tv in the room stopped working, alerted staff and it was fixed very quickly! Pool area was clean. We watched the hot tub be drained, cleaned and refilled quickly. Gym area was clean, bathrooms on the lower level were spotless!
