The hotel and staff are great. The rooms were always clean and the staff was always willing to help with whatever was needed. The views were also amazing and a lovely way to wake up. The hotel is about a 10-15 min drive to the Plaza where all the action is but if taking a taxi back and forth is okay for you then this is a great hotel.

Possibilité d’aller à pied dans le centre de Puno en suivant la voie de chemin de fer ou en taxi pour 15 soles. Petits déjeuners et dîners de grandes qualités. Un des meilleurs hôtels de la ville dixit une locale.

Väldig hjälpsam och trevlig personal. Hotellet ligger avsides Puno och därmed i trevlig och tyst naturmiljö. Maten i resturang höll bra kvalite samma med frukost. Nackdelen att hotellet ligger avsides och du måste använda dig av taxi och åka på en väldig dålig väg. Hotellet har inte så mycket att erbjuda förutom boende och frukost. Dyrt för det man får.
