It was dissappointing. Rooms were very small and bathroom was smaller than aircraft toilet. State of the room was appalling. Smell was horrible in the room. We couldn't get any sleep at all. Children were refusing to use the toilet and shower. Will not recommend.

Losing trust in Hotels.ca!!!

The property was absolute rundown and the rooms did not have any soap, the sink was broken, no toilet paper holder. The toilet seat was broken and the toilet door could not be closed. The room was too small and dirty. It was the absolute worst place we have ever stayed at and the question is how Hotels.ca has listed this property??!!! Does this platform have any minimum standard for their listed properties?

We enjoyed our stay here, the place is not fancy but it was very cheap for Paris which was important when travelling for several weeks. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, breakfast was cheap and the restaurant a few doors down was lovely but not too pricey. It was not too far from the centre of Paris, one train line then a 15 minute walk.

This is the worst hotel that I got in years. This hotel was used to get people on the Covid 19 and still have homeless living there. Some rooms are used like a deposit of garbage. I want to complain against Expedia to don't verify the real conditions for the hotels.

Nothing absolutely nothing. There was pillow and cases on the bed. The bathroom is dirty , no round cleaning . You feel like vomoting.. You have to ask for towel and was given. We arrived on the 20th of June 2023. Met the receptionist, who was the ONLY POSITIVE POINT in the hotel (very helpful, informative, went for an extra mile, top staff- member). He allocated a ground floor room -017- which upon entering immediately smelled like someone still smoking in the room! Reported back to receptionist who kindly gave a first floor room -112- , which smelled like noone opened its doors windows for ages, so I asked for an air freshener, which the receptionist kindly gave us. I sprayed that air freshener into the air at the room. Before sleep I went to the reception again asked if I can get ice. There was a different receptionist, whom asked me while laughing that " you are in France and don't speak French? Hahaha?!". I find it very rude and offensive and replied " why would I ? I'm a tourist!!!" ! Two hours later we went asleep Next morning I woken up to the crying of my wife, she got an allergic reaction of the air freshener chemical. Her face swollen up like a balloon and had difficulty for breathing. We went to the hospital, admitted to a&e where she got a very strong antihistamine. We spent an entire day in the a&e! Hospital confirmed the possible cause of allergic reactions is the air freshener chemical. When we went back to the hotel and told the receptionist we are not staying a minute more, we will depart the hotel immediately! The hotel ruined our stay in France completely. Not recommended the hotel to noone!!!!

A mon arrivée fenêtre casser qui ne ferme pas, ils m’ont changer de chambre personnel efficace Mais dommage aucune chambre PMR on m’avez prévenu car en rénovation. Le parking est fermer au soir pas pratique car malgrer que j’avais appeler on m’a rien indiquer pas simple en PMR… La chambre est bien rénover mais cela laisse à désirer car l’interrupteur déjà casser et sur les côté du lit déjà un m’ont énorme de saleté et poussière. Le lit est confortable car sont neuf surtout que les anciens sont encore stocker sur le parking

Le séjour a été horrible manque de serviette et de papier de toilette dans la chambre en sachant qu'on a pas été prévenu que l'hôtel était en travaux, à partir de 8h les ouvriers ont commencé à faire du bruit, le petit-déjeuner à volonté il fallait qu'il ait il y ait quelque chose pour qu'il soit à volonté, une literie tachée, présence de cafard dans la salle de restauration.
