Stayed at South wing. Room was very comfortable but there was no Aircon in month of May so it became quite stuffy. Service was fantastic as they came quickly to help open a window. Do note that South Wing Rooms occupants have to wear casual clothes to go to the Public Bath as the pathway is via the ground floor

Hotel location is walkable But It was cold and dark outside when we arrived Sapporo station so We use underground . It's very confused Which way we should go . Finally we found exit that close to get Hotel. But invisible stairs went on and on and to our surprise, we were on the tired basement floor. It was so hard to carry heavy bags. Next day we notice that there was an elevator at the exit before the one. I wanted know how can I get Hotel from Sapporo station.
