No room keys. Desk clerk has to walk you to your room and open it for you every time you come and go! Breakfast had spoiled yogurt and rancid cranberry juice. No fruit. Coverlets on beds were stained. Beds were hard. Staff were helpful. Good toiletries. Hot eggs at breakfast. Quiet room. Moderately clean.

Hôtel un peu daté, mais en excellent état. La propreté m'a semblé irréprochable dans son ensemble (communs/chambre) et le service de ménage est parfait. Le petit déjeuner est suffisamment varié et répond à tous les besoins. Beaucoup de grandes chaines d’hôtellerie devraient faire de même. La literie est confortable et la chambre est agréable. Hébergement très calme. Mes seuls reproches sont 1) pas de réveil dans la chambre et 2) le spa qui était fermé par décision du conté pour des raisons de conformité ou d'hygiène... La piscine n'est pas chauffée. Cela reste la meilleure solution d'hébergement dans la région. Je recommande vivement pour un séjour dans la vallée de Moapa.

Parking was very easy at this hotel. The room was large and spacious. The hotel was quiet. The check in clerk was very nice. Our complaint about the hotel is that there is no elevator. We are wondering how a 2-story hotel does not have an elevator in its interior. Bonus for this location---a fantastic laundromat just down the street. We went there TWICE!!!!

I paid in full before the visit. After i left they charged an extra 100 dollars. It was supposed to be a deposit, no servvices were rendered for that rip off

Pictures are deceiving!

The pictures are quite deceiving! The hotel is much older and worn than it appears in photos. The pool are is much smaller than it looks and the hot tub is down and has been for quite some time. The beds were hard and pillows lumpy! We ran the microwave with the tv and blew a fuse. They didnt know how to fix it so we had to move to another room!

Nice hotel and excellent breakfast. Soundproofing walls and ceiling would be a good investment along with the air-conditioning and whistling water pipes. All in all, nice hotel at a decent rate.
