It was clean and comfortable. Recently remodeled with all new bathrooms and bedroom fixtures and furniture. Water pressure was amazing. I don't think it should be listed as breakfast included, but had a nice stay and will book it again next year.

Stayed 2 nights. Very clean. Beds are comfortable. Staff is friendly. It's a very basic no frills motel. Does have a microwave and fridge in room but no coffee maker and no hot cups to use for the microwave. Only plastic cups for water. We stay there a lot so now I bring cups from home for the microwave. They have cereal for breakfast but it's very basic. They provide coffee in the lobby but if you come in late you can't get in as it's in a separate building from the rooms. Overall it's a great place for the price. Will stay there again.

Look else where. Please save your money.

No one ever in office, free breakfast was a fee and it was just 2 types cereal, bananas, sodas. Room had such a strong odor, had to leave the door open to air it out, heating air unit was filthy, not soundproof at all, you can hear every conversation in the rooms next to yours even in the bathroom. I do not recommend this hotel.

Sweet hotel

Our host Jack was so incredibly friendly and kind. He communicated clearly all we needed to know and extended the offer of availability should we have any questions or concerns. The simple room itself was spacious, clean and welcoming. The bed was comfortable with plenty of fluffy pillows. My favorite was having plenty of hot water from a shower head that projected plenty of water . Sooo nice and relaxing. The grounds were well maintained and attractive. And the continental breakfast, though simple, had fresh fruit, breads, cereal, juices and good tasting coffee. I would definitely return next time I’m in this area.
