Overall, the stay was OK. We felt that there was too much of a push to "upgrade" when we arrived and then banners everywhere recommending to upgrade. Having to make reservations for dinner was a joke. Many people didn't show up, the restaurant was empty, yet we weren't allowed without a reservation (had just arrived). After 2 days we ventured to the non-adult side - not because it was recommended, but that we were curious. The drinks were better and the ambience was more upscale. The lobby was amazing! The entertainment significantly better. The adults only lobby reminded me of my great grandmother's house - old and tired. Who would have thought that the adults only side - which was quite a bit more expensive - would have looked tired in comparison?! Cute "lover swings and hammocks" on the other side, path lighting had a better ambience etc. Our friends room had one - ONE - plug in. They called the front desk to ask to be moved as her husband needs a CPAP and she wanted to charge her phone overnight. They were given 2 long, orange, extension cords (tripping hazard!). Oh wait, ONE power outlet also meant that they couldn't plug in their tv or mini-fridge. WTH! "too full, couldn't be moved". The food was "ok" - nothing to get too excited about. And the margaritas on the adult side were just not good - after the 2nd day I would walk to the other side with my mega-cup that I brought to have my drinks made. Lesson - don't bother paying to upgrade to adults only
