We expected a great stay but left disappointed. The property is beautiful and the food fantastic, but the AC in our unit was broken. Staff assured us it would be fixed but gave no updates until we asked. After asking, they moved us for the first night only, as all rooms were booked the second night. When we returned to our original room, we requested a fan, which they provided—but it fell short of the luxury experience we expected. We shared our disappointment, and while they offered a complimentary bottle of wine at dinner, it felt more like a reaction than a genuine gesture.
For such a nice property, the service felt reactive rather than proactive.
