Overall it was a great experience. Only one mishap that cleanings crew took my shirt probably by mistake and hotel staff was not able to recover it. Reception was great. Only thing I didn’t like in Japan is the size of room. Too small to put your stuff and move around.

Great affordable hotel at great location!

The hotel was in a good location, walking distance away from akihabara and ueno. The hotel had English speaking staff. The only weird thing is that they would give you clean towel and yukata everyday, I think it should only be given when requested or when it is the cleaning day which is every 3 days. The air condition was a bit weak on my own opinion and water pressure is fine, but not great.

The overall accommodation quality is very good, and APA is generally a reliable choice when traveling in Japan. Although the rooms are a bit small, the facilities are complete. It would be even better if the space under the bed could be made higher (since newer suitcases are thicker) and if the vending machines offered more variety!
