悪い面が目立った

飲み屋街に至近の立地なので飲食には便利だがそのぶん周辺がうるさい。夜遅くまで騒ぐ声が聞こえる。また清掃が行き届いておらず、床に粒状のトリートメント（おそらくロビーにて自分で取るアメニティ）が、またソファ下にはコーラのペットボトルキャップが落ちていた。ファシリティは新しく、バストイレ別なのは高評価なので残念。もっとも、立地優先で多少の騒音は気にしない人には何ら問題ないと思う。
