As with other reviews, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is looking a bit tired in places, but was very clean. There's a bit of noise during the day from the road outside, motorbikes with the baffles removed, but the bed was really comfortable, and I slept like a log, and I'm a light sleeper. I only had a simple breakfast, as I'm gluten intolerant, but the staff catered for me excellently. I would happily stay there again

A lovely hotel right in the heart of town. Spotlessly clean and well equipped rooms but one issue for me was that the air conditioning units seem to be centrally limited to 22 degrees. This is far too warm imo and while it may not bother others would stop me booking again, at least during the summer. Food in the bistro also very good and pool area great also.

A great stay!

Great stay in this hotel and was very happy with every aspect. Single room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and lovely shower. Reception staff were friendly and welcoming, as were the breakfast staff. Plenty of choice on the menu for breakfast too. Really central location for the Theatre, Pavilions and shopping too, so ideal. Will definitely stay there again if I visit Plymouth.
