We were there 4 nights. Reception staff were helpful when asked direct questions. And there is a gym for guest use which was great.
The rationing for the housekeeping did surprise us though. Toilet paper was either replaced with half rolls or forgotten altogether. There were three of us in the room, but only 2 tea bags, 2 milk, 2 coffee and 2 decaf. No water except on last day) We understand the need to reduce waste, but were surprised at the skimping especially for a Holiday Inn.
All in all, the stay was still good. There is free parking available, a shopping centre just a 10 minute walk away, and the lobby stays lit enough for work until midnight.
