Room was clean and everything was so nice! The only things that weren’t that big of a deal but caused me to reduce to 4 stars was 1) the toilet paper roll was falling off the wall (I did mention and was having someone fix it), 2) airplanes that were landing passed overhead but the noise didn’t keep us awake (and my husband is a light sleeper, and 3) the elevator and hallways smelled of pot. We were concerned about that as we got there, but once in the room, it smelled fine. We did see SEVERAL cars with people in them puffing away. But it’s them coming inside after getting high that was making the nasty smell. Sad my kids had to smell it, but again, the room was just fine! And I felt it was very clean… and I think inhigh standards on cleanliness- esp if you ask my family!

25 minutes at checking for someone to show up at the front desk. After that, 15 more minutes, it was super slow. Also, at 8:25 am, almost everything was empty in the breakfast area. Empty trays all around, no one was filling empty tryes

I had late night arrival flight n two separate reservations with same condition room total 3night stay Dec10-14 , he told me exactly how to proceed to keep same room . Check out one check in next day without me doing packing suitcase Thank you for thoughtful .

First off let me say the staff was friendly to me and I didn't have a problem with that but the cleanliness was kind of bad.Our room had some paper pieces scattered on one of the chairs but that didn't bother us.The other chair in our room the arm was broken a little and it leaned back on its own and me and my daughter almost fell out of it.The elevator floor was very dirty from the time we checked in until the next day.The phone in our room did not work.Breakfast was ok. First day the pancake mix, apple juice, and even eggs all tasted watered down.The next day the pancake mix and eggs seemed bit better. It looked like the same lady who was doing breakfast was also cleaning the building And it seems like a lot on one person. In the breakfast area the tables where not very clean.No one stays at the front counter. A man was waiting for someone to come so he can check out and since no one was coming he called the phone and still no one came. Eventually the manager came but it took forever. He let it ring very long. When I was ready to check out it actually had another family waiting before me for someone to come to the front counter and it took forever so I then called the phone and then the manager came from the back.Before I left I used the downstairs bathroom and it was disgusting.It had paper everywhere and spit on the floor. I was going to tell manager it was dirty but she was gone by the time I came out. Overall our room was fine and I would stay again but fix cleanliness.
