The property was comfortable and suited my needs very well. It was convenient to get to where I was going by car. The neighborhood was quiet, but is in transition. The rental company was very communicative and provided easy instructions to follow. The check out procedures need work. Leaving wet towels on a bed is not a good thing. Ask the travelers to place them in a pile in the bathroom or in front of or in the washer.

There was trash in the yard and in the porch when we arrived. The neighborhood is sketchy. The floors move when you walk on them. Halfway through the night, we found roaches in the kitchen. We contacted the property management who said they would send someone out to check it out. After that call, they never answered my calls again. They never sent someone to check the roaches out. We left and did not complete our stay. They will not refund any money to us. They also charged a $300 deposit on top of our stay, which seems a little much. I didnt like that I had to send a pic of my id and credit card to them for them to charge me for the deposit. That seems sketchy also. The bed was comfortable, but we didn’t stay after we found the bugs. We did take photos of the bugs, so I do have proof.

The neighborhood around the house was sketchy. When we first arrived someone was being arrested across the street. The only parking is on the street and we were worried about our vehicles during our stay. The owner has multiple cameras around the property and made it clear that they were watching us during our stay. Checkout time was at 10:00am and someone was waiting at 10:01 to make sure we were out of the house. The owner required a picture of my credit card and ID for the deposit. I thought this was unusual and I was a little uncomfortable with it. The owner texted, called, or emailed constantly prior to and throughout our stay. The house was not bad but because of the location and our experience with the owner we will not stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at this location they have cameras on the outside of the home. Since the cameras were watching outside of property we felt safe leaving items freely. Very spacious, we were 8 and still had a lot of space for everyone to enjoy. Just a little confusing about removing all used bedding placing towels on top of removed bedding as some of the towels would be moist/wet. Also the 10:00am check out is early and made all 8 of feel rushed to make it out on time we had to wake up very early as to make sure we left everything clean and nothing left behind

Excellent customer service. They definitely put hearts into the property: prompt communication to set up, easy check in, clean, well decorated house. A house with welcome soul. Enjoyed our stay.
