The “resort” is multiple buildings with amenities stretched across them all. The building we were in was an older building and did not seem to be what was pictured on the web. I would never have booked had I known the room door was exterior facing. The pools and hot tub were all great and the office staff were incredibly kind. The location is fantastic! It would be great to be able to identify and choose your building ahead of time. Lastly, if you drive anything other than a small/medium car, do not try to unload right in front (or park there) they have a few surface lots with ample space for any size vehicle.

Avoid room 747, the sliding door did not close completely. Maintenance spent over an hour in the room with us trying to fix it. We were not offered a different room, a partial refund nothing. He tried his best to fix it before saying it’s nothing he could do.
