We had some issues with the room. The T TV is hanging on the wall at an angle. So when you turn TV towards bed, it is tilted. The toilet tissue holder was hanging off the wall, so it would not hold tissue paper. We were not able to get the Dark shade to rise above 12 inches from the air conditioner. I contacted the front desk, and the manager came to the room . He said he was new to property and was working on Maintenance issues. The Breakfast on Sunday morning was running low on some of the Breakfast items at 9 am. I asked the lady at the front desk, and she said no one was working in the breakfast area. Apparently, someone came in earlier to set breakfast up, but when everything is gone, oh well. Although there were some issues, we probably would stay here again if we came back to the area

Breakfast was standard & decent. Day of check-in, only one housekeeper was present. Room was okay until 2 aluminum cans were found behind the bed—I did take photos and showed the manager. I did not see any staff except the PM & AM managers. The reservation was for one night only and was okay for that short stay.

The bed was very uncomfortable. Felt like one of the mattresses that you buy in a box. There was marks on walls, don't know from what. The smoke detector had a piece hanging from it. One outlet wasn't secured into the wall. We did point that out to the front office person. I don't know if they were going to do anything about it.... but a child could easily get electrocuted.

The room could've used a little more attention as far as cleaning. The beds were nice, comfy, and clean. The shower had 3 pieces of hair in it, and the tv area was so dusty that I wiped it myself. I wasnt told that the gym was supposed to be closed. The door was unlocked, but some of the equipment did not function properly, and since there were no cleaning wipes, I went to the front desk, and thats when I found out the gym was supposed to be closed. I would not have rented at this location had I been told the gym was closed. Otherwise the room was comfortable, and we rested well, so I would still go back as long as the gym is upgraded before I go back.

A good standard hotel.

Never had the breakfast due to my own time constraints but it looked good. Unfortunately, the foyer coffee was just tepid in the evening and I couldn’t access any channel on the room TV, but minor points. A good hotel overall with very friendly staff.

I booked a hotel on the 20th and on the 21st, 22nd. I canceled it and I got charged 1 night stating I needed to cancel before the 17th I didn’t book until the 20th of June, Unacceptable.

The pool was green and gross. When you see a pool in the pictures you kind of expect them to have a working pool. This pool has broken for quite some time because I stayed there the last time I was in town over a month ago. Very disappointed it was still broken.
