Good, acceptably clean hotel just a six-seven minute walk away from the Old Town square. Very safe (has a separate huge door to the property which can be opened only by an access key later in the night) and close to lots of dining options. Located in the heart of the city. Room and bathroom are pretty dated however and could use some decent remodeling. If your main choice is a great location to explore Prague, this hotel is a good choice.

Lovely hotel in the center of Prague

We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay! The hotel is located in the center of Prague which means that majority of attractions are in a walking distance (if you’re up for walking a couple of kilometers). The hotel is also located close to public transportation so it’s easy to get around - also transport to the airport. We got our room almost 3 hours before check-in time, such service minded and friendly staff! They have a mini fridge so you can store some groceries. There’s no air condition but if you open the windows and afterwards turn on the floor ventilator in the night it’s no problem :-)

The location to tour old town, the room and staff are great. But most rooms have windows that face the street on the 2nd floor. And in the summer, with no a/c, you gotta open the windows or sweat. And people are really loud until 2-3am. Even weekdays. I won’t stay here again. You can’t sleep, even with earplugs.

Very very poor customer service, my flight was delayed and the owner said you can't check in, contacted hotel.com as requested, but no reply from the property, contacted property via email, no reply until the following morning. Left 2 girls without a place to stay for the night, I would advise against booking this property

L’hôtel est particulièrement bien situé dans le centre historique. La réception n’est pas située au même endroit, et le personnel est très accueillant et nous permet de garder nos bagages si besoin. Le seul bémol, et que le soir côté rue, c’est particulièrement bruyant. D’autant quele vitrage qui est percé, afin de laisser passer la clim, même en dehors, des périodes de chaleur… Attention aux personnels allergiques à la plume, les oreillers sont encore d’ancienne génération.
