Tek geceligine konakladık. Otelin konumu ulaşım noktasından kolay fakat ana yoldan otelin girişine giden yol bayağı bozuk. Genel olarak çalışanlar ilgili ve kibardı. Otelin iç dizaynı güzel olsa da hizmet konusunda problemler vardı. Her otelde standart olan sabun şampuan el sabunu gibi malzemeler eksikti istediğimizde de hepsini getirmediler. Sabunu doldurmaya gelen arkadaş yerdeki ayak havluumuzun üzerine ayakkabıyla bastı o havluyu bir daha kullanamadık. Ayrıca duşa kabin de yukarıdan Yağmurlama yapan başlık ucundan patlamıştı her tarafı su yaptı. Yatak çarşafında yırtıklar vardı. Gecelik konaklamaya dahil olan kahvaltısı gayet güzeldi. Genel olarak memnun kaldık fakat hizmet noktasında eksikleri var.

Genel anlamda temiz otel istekleri karşılıyor. Çalışanlar çok tatlıydı ve güler yüzlü iş bitirci yani bizim için bu önemli bi durumdu. Burdan da tekrardan teşekkürler onlara. Sadece mutfak kısmında kahve makinası çalışmamısı üzdü bir kahve sever için ! Birde kahvaltı çeşitliliği daha düzenli ve güzel olabilirdi yeşillikler özellikle çok tazeydi genel olarak gezme niyetli gidip temiz bir yerde kalmak isterseniz biz memnun kaldık. Eski mardine biraz uzak ama arac kiralamıstık biz.

Good price, mediocre service, lame breakfast

The price for the room and the beds were the only good things about our stay. The staff does not speak English at all, not even reception. At the spa the girl there did not understand the words swimming pool or towel, quite bad and impossible to communicate, then afterwards they wanted to charge us for tue swimming cap without telling first about it. The breakfast was Ok, but no coffee at all! Only instant coffee and the coffee machine, Nescafé, which was broken. A real shame since Turkey has very good coffee.

My son chose this hotel because of swimming pool. However, we learned when we arrived at the hotel that days of the week is divided for men and women. That day was women's day and we learned we are not allowed to use the pool that day but next day. We would stay only one night. So, we had to cancel our reservation. The staff at the reception were helpful but it is not nice to mention that swimming days are divided between men and women on their website.

I needed to check out early, and front desk told me that as long as Expedia makes the change they would too and would also refund me. Then 2 days later, i get an email from Expedia saying that the hotel is not going to refund me. So I just thought that was not ok to lie to me and then go against their word when I left. Another thing is when I arrived my friend was going to help me with my stuff at 9 am and they would not allow him to come up. So he had to wait in the lobby until I was ready to leave the hotel and everytime I entered the hotel the staff wouldn’t even look up off their cell phones to see me walk in. So I don’t understand why they caused us such an inconvenience at check in.
