The hotel is located in a quiet street very close to the city center with many bars, cafes and shops around. There is no breakfast but many options nearby. The hotel has 2 parking spots (costing 18 euros per day) which was important for us.

Loved everything about this hotel. I go to this town pretty often and know many hotels in the area. This one is now my number one in Santa Cruz. The rooms are beautiful and spacious. It is an old building that has been refurbished to a high standard. Yes, you can hear some noise from other guests but that's normal in old Spanish building and it didn't really bothered me as I think guests at the time managed to keep noise to the minimum. No sound from the streets tho, and the hotel is located in a quiet area but still close to everything. Also, the girls at reception were lovely and accommodating. I arrived too early for check-in and they looked after my luggage and took it to the room when it was ready, while I went to explore all the shops. 10/10, thank you very much for the awesome hospitality.

I travel a lot a see a lot of hotels. This is one of the few that makes you feel at home. It is quiet, clean, good bed and rooms are spacious. Besides the location is down-town and good and relative cheap parking facilities within 5 minutes walk. Definitely recomandable!
