Ac is needed

The apartment needs an AC asap, very hot even when it was cold outside. Poorly equipped but it was perfectly located in Helsinki which made our stay better.

洗濯機の使用方法がわからなくて問い合わせのメールを送ったが返事がなかった。勘で使ったら洗濯時間が長くて心配になったがなんとかなった。トイレットペーパーの不足は自分で追加購入が必要。７泊未満はタオルの交換がなかったがタオルウォーマーがあるので何とかなる。シャワーの水圧は強くて良かった。冷蔵庫はよく冷えて良かった。

場所はよいのですが、設備が残念

レビューにあるとおり、鍵が鍵穴にかみあい難く、コツがいります。ゴミは中庭にありますが、中庭へどう行けば良いかの案内がなかったり、IHが壊れていたので２回ほどメールで連絡しましたが、返信ありません。場所はとても便利ですし、部屋も窓が大きく快適。シャワーは狭すぎて使うと確実にトイレルーム全体が水浸しになります。洗濯機は脱水機能がとても弱いです。 まとめると、利便性や室内の快適性はよいのですが、設備が残念な状態です。また、管理人とは連絡がとれないこと前提に泊まられるとよいです。

Good apartments but irritating checkin system

Apartments were fine and the location was great, but check-in with fully online system and no person to answer any call was hassle.

I had problems checking in. I followed the instruction to open the key box but there was no key inside the key box. I tried to call to the number online and it was saying number unavailable. I waited with our luggage’s for about 1hour didn’t know what to do. Then i called to the number at the door, the manager came about 20 mins later to open the door for us. She was very kind and friendly and apologised for what happened. The room was suitable for one person stay with a single bed. The entrance was indeed a bit dangerous, where there is a wooden platform placed on top of the stairs, i think the purpose is to ease rolling the luggage. But it was a bit unstable, so it is not so suitable for elderly people to walk on the platform to the room. Overall cleanliness was good, good location and value for money.

En general todo ha ido bien pero la comunicación fue mala. La comunicación es vía chat porque no hay una persona física a la que dirigirse. Tras el último día, una vez fuera del apartamento, nos dimos cuenta que habíamos olvidado algo dentro. Como ya no teníamos las llaves, escribimos para tratar de recuperarlo. Tras una semana, no hemos tenido ninguna respuesta.

Poor communication, poor cleanliness. We had booked 2 rooms and only one key was prepared for us so we had to stress with check-in when we arrived late. There was lots of trash in the hallway. The sink was leaking in one of the bathrooms. just poorly kept really. However, it was cheap! and I guess it's not so bad compared to the price.
