Manager who checked us in was super helpful and friendly. She accommodated my requests to be on the same floor as my relatives and late checkout even though we were staying on a busy Saturday with a basketball tournament in the area. The room was clean and the suite was incredibly spacious. Loved the door between the bedroom and the work suite area. Wish the waterpark hours were more days but slide was fun when open. Mgmt during day and night were outstanding. Friendly, available and attentive. Breakfast was above average and they always had fresh coffee. We loved our stay and would come back again when in the area.
