the stay was nice and room was clean. Unfortunately, the air conditioner was not working. We informed the front desk and the staff said turn it off and turn it back on. We did that and it did not work. We spent the entire night with no air conditioning, and it was very hot

Arrived, at check-in. No one around. Went in cafe and back to check in. Knocked on the window. Staff less than welcoming. Said he was having a bad night. Bed and shower great. Night light, which doesn't turn off kept me up. Next morning went down for free breakfast, (breakfast sandwich), and coffee, (no decaf). It was 2 minutes after 9. Refused to serve me due to 2 minutes late. Made decaf in the room. Creamers were curdled and some dried. Bought coffee. Brought fruit for trip which I put in the fridge. Fruit froze. No way to turn down temp of the fridge. Left for our day activities and returned. No housekeeping. Only towel replacement. Got up next day and got breakfast sandwich. It was dry and had clearly been setting in the warmer. Coffee almost gone and cold. Ice machine broken. Came back to room later, no housekeeping. Husband complained and lady said she would make a note for housekeeping. Had to ask for creamer, coffee cups, wash rags, etc. Got up the next day, sure we would have housekeeping. Got back in the evening. No housekeeping. Complained to front desk. Lady apologetic, said she would notify supervisor. No follow-up from said supervisor. Went to lobby to get supplies. Lady was defensive and implied I was acting upset. Brought supplies. Questioned why I didn't just call down instead. Ask for tissue and she said, "that wasn't on the list", but did supply. Packing to leave in AM. Fridge item frozen solid. Hole in can. Garbage never emptied by staff over 4 nights.

Loved the night light in the bathroom. I always said that hotels should have that instead of keeping the light / fan with door ajar for the kids. I alwatslove a nice long sink counter for the makeup, etc.. The touch lamp was a great idea on the desk. Also, I liked having 2 pull down window shades. The one let the light in without anybody seeing in and the othere was for bedtime. Coffee and breakfast sandwiches are a great quick way to get in snd out.
Large enough for my daughter and me.
Great on the go breakfasts.
Long sink counter and the shower was like new.

Room was nice, however surroundings and disturbances created a horrible stay. Low staff, continuous fighting outdoors, sirens. Unable to sleep or call staff due to min hours of operation. Almost called police at 3AM due to dispute outside our room. Asked to cancel Sunday night stay due to feeling unsafe. Was advised they would refund, however charged full amount. Staff lacked knowledge or adequate customer service. Little to no concern about safety concerns. Will not return.

So wish there was a vending machine but a speedway was within walking distance so it wasn’t too much of a thing. Clean. Easy to access. Yummy breakfast sandwiches! We were in the furthest room in the back and the train did wake us up a couple of times but not too crazy.
