The resort itself delivers everything you’d expect from a premium five-star property: beautifully appointed suites, excellent dining options, and most importantly, a team of staff who genuinely care about guest satisfaction. Special recognition must go to Ms Nermeen and the entire Guest Experience Ambassador team, who provided exceptional, personalized service throughout our stay. They were consistently attentive—anticipating our needs, answering questions promptly, and going well beyond standard service to ensure we had a memorable experience. Beautiful property but our room was a smoking room when we requested a non-smoking. Room was cleaned but still smelled like smoke, we went back and forth to change the room. Lovely property but overall not the best food and we wished we didn’t have to go back and forth to call multiple times to change rooms.

We had to change our room 4 times in the first night. First time, AC was not working, then inspects and mosquitoes in the second room, then a rotten smell in the third room. Finally, the 4th room was ok. This is not to eb expected at such a hotel with such ratings and pricing after an 11 hour flight.

A beautiful resort at the El Gouna lagoon. We were there with our two children, and even though it‘s a Golf Resort we were impressed about how friendly everyone was. We loved the view, heated Swimmingpools, Golf Court and the glass boat trip. They have a well Equipment gym and the Food was exquisite.
