We enjoyed this stay, it was walking distance to Parque Fundidora, it's a cute hotell, friendly. The breakfast is good, specially the gentleman in charge, an incredible hard worker, very nice and helpful. This is a great place to stay!

Hotel in front of Arena Monterrey, used by schooltrips so there are lots of kids and teenagers. Reception is crowded and busy, rooms are very basic. Not terrible but I would reconsider another hotel unless you are going to the Arena.

Poor service at check in, disorganized, not very helpful. Rooms very spartan, no closet, no water bottles or space to put clothes. Location is not very good, heavy traffic in front during events at Monterrey Arena, not easy to get around because of street design. Restaurants are not very close in the neighborhood and kind of unsafe environment at night. Not pleased with choice of hotel.

Room was VERY small, to get to the hotel is a pain, we could easily hear noises from other rooms. Walls seemed like cardboard walls. Don’t really recommend unless you’re going to a concert because Arena Monterrey is right next door.
