Hotel location is ideal for walking access to St Anne’s Town Centre and the range of local coastal amenities - and low cost local public transport to Blackpool and the surrounding area. Excellent sized room (241) with full Seaview. Very annoying radiator which beeped consistently when heating the room - reported to reception on departure.

Excellent stay! Staff allowed us to park 3 hours early and wondered around town. Check in was easy, the staff were friendly and the effort they made to make the reception and dining areas festive was appreciated. The room was clean, with everything you’d expect and a great sea view. Perfectly located with St Anns on your doorstep and everything you’d need within walking distance.

Gorgeous suite, very clean and spacious with everything we needed and more, really lovely balance of traditional features and modern design. Brilliant view of beach. The room was too hot, couldnt open the window to get some air, the hairdryer was nowhere near a mirror, turned down the radiator but didnt cool off, no mirror near the hairdryer, but The bathroom was very nice and the room was very clean.

Excellent location, the kids love playing in the sand dunes opposite and a short walk to St Annes pier. Superb breakfast and great service from all staff. Spacious and comfy rooms. We had plenty of parking, even when the car park was full, there was road side parking available. This is our second time visiting. A short drive in to Blackpool

Visit to Illuminations and Tower Ballroom

The reception staff were very attentive and helpful as lift was out of action and there was a problem with the safe. We enjoyed the table served breakfast. We used buses to Blackpool and the stop was close.
