Almost Perfect Experience

Wish check in was abit simpler, the stay other than that was perfect! Reception was very friendly and helpful, room was amazing, spacious and comfortable and clean. Breakfast was sufficient and delicious as well, thank you for the pleasant stay!

To reach my room, I had to cross a room(conference) that was totally dark. The last day, althought the check out was at 11.00, at 10.00 the cleaning service knocked on my door, and I had to get out from the bathroom

Nice little hotel, very close to everything and walking distance to restaurants. The only thing to add is that the Spa and Sauna wasn’t working during my stay.

Bad; one outlet, leak in the ceiling if you kept the bathroom light on too long, beds are all single, no queen or king size. Front desk was not 24/7. Good;quiet, walls kept me from hearing other rooms, internet was really good, didnt cut out playing games as much as other hotels but sometimes it would. Price was great for the stay

My stay at this hotel was awful. The shower water was ice-cold one night, making it unusable. When I reported this to reception, the staff rudely responded, “What do you want me to do about it?”—completely unprofessional and dismissive. To make matters worse, the hotel falsely advertises laundry services on Expedia and their website, even providing a “laundry bag” in the closet, but reception informed me they don’t offer this service. This misleading information and poor service made for a horrible experience. Avoid this place at all costs.

Basic quality but poor service

Poor service/conditions. No drinking water bottle in the room despite glass cups being in the room. No soap in the bathroom despite asking to get that sorted. Door locker from inside broken, doesn’t closes. Very very outdated furniture, needs a proper lift up. I would never stay there again.

This hotel had the smallest room I had ever seen in a hotel. Maintenance was sub-par. I was considering paying for breakfast at the hotel, but overheard some Germans complaining about the poor selection as well as the many flies in the breakfast room. All in all this hotel was very disappointing.

Convenient, nice and very affordable stay

Convenient, nice and very affordable stay. Near the city centre, with tram, metro and bus stations nearby. Nice shops in the streets adjacent to the hotel and lovely parks nearby. About an 8 min walk from major attractions (museums, squares, the Vltava river, etc). The room was nice and well-maintained (some bedsheets had small blood stains on them but they were always clean and readily available), breakfast was very good and staff were for the most part nice and friendly and ready to take requests. The lounge room didn't serve anything during my stay (off season). Some coffee/tea would be nice to have readily available even past breakfast time but thankfully many affordable cafes were open in the adjacent streets. These services are probably open during high season.

Bed was horrible. Calling it a pillow is disgrace to pillows. it was a pillow but awful. Super uncomfortable bed and pillow. Terrible. Not worth any money to stay.

Nice place!

Decent place in a great location! Room was fairly clean a few cobwebs etc but overall comfortable and a decent stay, breakfast had a strange selection but was great to be included in the price! Only issue we had was a fairly long check in process which we felt we were judged as we had backpacks and didn’t appear like the regular hotel customers. Also we were given 2 room keys, neither of which worked and was made to take the lift to the 5th floor 3 times before we were given replacements, whilst the receptionist sat at the desk and didn’t bother moving to help at all, one of which replacements also did not work! Otherwise, a nice place to stay for a few nights, Prague is a brilliant place!

There is no electric kettle, tea cups,spoons etc. Some receptionists do not speak English well (for a 4stars given hotel, I find that it was very strange).
