The hotel was great. Stayed in a Signature Bungalow for 5 nights. Great location. Breakfast was good. 5 or 6 options on the menu. Good coffee, juice & water. The staff made the stay great. Especially Robert and Moy. My only complaint was the check in process we arrived from San Jose by car 3.5 hour drive. Arrived at the Hotel at 2pm, check in is 3pm. The young woman working reception told us that the bungalow was still being cleaned.. which was not true, I walked over and looked. No early check in. Unbelievable! The hotel was not booked plenty of vacancy. Slow rainy season. Reception made us wait until after 3 to check in. Never offered to take are bags and store them while we explored town. My opinion is reception needs better customer service skills/people skills. Reception is the first people you typically meet at a hotel. Further, there are sooo many places to stay in Manual Antonio.

Property grounds were very maintained which enhanced it's beautification. Monkeys came to visit almost every evening about 5p.m. Free Breakfast was delicious. Great friendly staff. Lots of Great Restaurants were walking distance. The Balcony was great to enjoy morning espresso they provided. Our room was cleaned every day. The only thing that bothered me was that there wasn't a dresser so our clothes were exposed on shelves which I didn't care for..Also no iron in room. Not sure if they would have provided one if I asked. Room was comfortable. and felt safe.The sounds of nature were relaxing. I would recommend staying here.

This hotel was one of the best experience I’ve ever had! My wife and I went there to celebrate our honeymoon. As soon as we arrived there, I was mesmerized, and we got to see the monkeys which we thought was pretty cool. They have a restaurant they’re called YOLO and the staff are extremely kind and very helpful. The best service we’ve ever had. We booked a bungalow and the views were to die for! extremely clean and very accommodating. Breakfast is by the pool, which gives you a scenic view, and of course the staff were also extremely kind. This hotel is also located very close to Manuel Antonio national Park, which also leads you to the most beautiful beaches. I highly recommend this place. And again thank you Ecotica for making our honeymoon perfect!

Loved it! So green and lush.

Loved the room, the property, and the super friendly and welcoming staff! We saw parrots, monkeys and these little agouti critters that are adorable around the property, along with tons of flowers and greenery. There are steps everywhere, just FYI in case anyone has trouble getting around.

My companion and I stayed August 8-12 - this is a phenomenal spot. It’s a small jewel of a place. The rooms are gorgeous, the pool is beautiful, the breakfast was lovely and the service is so special. Thank you go Robert and Moses for taking great care of us. Such kind people. I loved seeing the monkeys and the macaws! I will definitely return in the future. Thank you for a fabulous couple of days. Cheers!

My husband and I celebrated our 11 year anniversary, we had an amazing time, from the check in to the check out. All staff were very nice and accommodating. Specially Moi! We loved all his cocktails and kindness. We really appreciate the stay!

This is a ‘must see ‘ resort. The private cabanas in the middle of the rain forest offers all kinds of wildlife sightings and a peaceful paradise. The staff were engaging and provided excellent service. The pool is an incredible, clean oasis. I’d highly recommend this hotel.

Absolutely stunning! Between the foliage and animals ( monkey's and McCaws ) you get to see, this is paradise. Words can not explain my wife and I experience. The staff worked in unison which made our stay flawless. You wouldn't even have to leave the property if you didn't want to. We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary and I haven't seen that glow from here in years. 100% recommend. Clean, safe, friendly and Ecotica treats you like family. You will not regret it. We're already planning our next stay. PURA VIDA!!!

Where do i start!! Absolutely love our stay at this hotel within the staff Moses at the bar. He was absolutely wonderful. Check-in was very easy. We had a grand bungalow and our room was phenomenal. Housekeeping was very clean. We’re around a lot of different restaurants five minutes away from the national park it was one great experience. There are a lot of animals and monkeys around in our hotel which was a plus my mom was at another hotel nearby and there wasn’t a lot of animals to see around their hotel but ours had a lot, which was one of the best parts of the experience while you’re laying down on the pool you will absolutely see the animals once in a lifetime experience thank you all for such a great time
