The room could really use some renovation. It was frustrating that they have issue with hot water. I arrived around 9:30pm and had to wait 45 minutes to check in, as the staff member explained he was alone and doing his best to serve everyone. Since I had paid in advance, I didn’t have many options during that waiting time.
The room was quite noisy, with sounds from the street constantly coming in. It was also very cold, and unfortunately, neither the air conditioning nor the heater was working, even though options were available. It was a disappointing experience that almost affected our Venice tour. We also found a mosquito in the room, along with stains on the carpet, dust on the bed, and some hair in the bed as well.
I understand how these issues can be upsetting during a trip, and I hope these comments help improve the experience for future guests.
