The pull out couch had a large hole in it and my mother woke up in pain every morning. The blankets covers are clipped to the bed, so who knows who washes them. I saw holes and stains. Last years stay was pleasant but this year was underwhelming. A room for 7 or us and not enough pillows, phone didn’t work and it was hard to get anyone to help.
