Perfect place to stay in Edinburgh! Centrally located, easy access to everything, shopping, pubs, & restaurants and Edinburgh Castle! The staff was amazing and the hotel restaurants not only convenient but great alternative to pub food & great way to end a long day of sightseeing. We found the entire staff to be courteous and helpful! Definitely recommend as the place to stay in Edinburgh!

We loved this hotel! Service was amazing but you never were woken up by knocks on the door from housekeeping. All service was exceptional and happened when you were away from you room. Lovely location and loved the entrances on two sides of the hotel.

I love staying at this location in Edinburgh! The staff were very friendly and welcoming, I had a room with a window view of the castle, and was able to enjoy lunch on the roof terrace while I was there. Fantastic location walkable to all the major sites. Staff is amazing as is everybody in Scotland. Room had a king size bed and fantastic bedding, but the room was a bit small. We stayed on the ninth floor one below the top and could hear when people flushed the toilet above us with the water running through the pipes. So I would request a room on the top floor. Eat their restaurant, and that two was phenomenal and reasonably priced.
