My daughter and I stayed here for one night. We got in just in time to get ready for concert . No time to find another Hotel . The room was dirty, not vacuumed, Just grungy. Bed was terribly uncomfortable. Smoke alarm was just wires hanging out of the wall. Elevator was broke. We passed on breakfast! Would not recommend this place!

Honest review of my stay

The room had a lot of issues for the price that i paid for one night.i enjoyed the whirlpool jetted tub. That was the only thing i liked about the room.besides that the maintenance team need to do a better job with keeping the rooms up to date and looking presentable for the guest.thats my only complaint.the maintenance workers for the hotel and the housekeepers need to really inspect the room before they rent out to guest.

We stayed on the 2nd floor. The elevator went up to the 2nd floor but was broken and did not work going down, We had to drag heavy suitcases down the stairs. There were not enough tables to eat breakfast at. The 2 couches in the lobby should be removed and replaced with tables and chairs. The key cards had to be replaced because they didn't work.

I stay here fairly frequently when I need an early start at work, because it is the nicest place close to my shop. My biggest complaint is the shower heads are VERY HIGH UP and I (5' 5") can't reach it to adjust the angle or the spray. The beds are also fairly hard, which is a slight discomfort for my arthritic limbs, and the breakfast is limited, but it is a good stay for the money.

I wasn’t expecting a luxury hotel but this hotel wasn’t really even what I would expect from a Best Western. Coffee was awful, there was no cream, my bathroom door didn’t close right, my room stank and I had no hot water in my shower one morning. There was no one at the desk when I went to check out at 7:30 in the morning to notify of these issues. Not just that there was no one there but the lights were off.

Upon check in, the front desk staff was nice and all of my interactions with them during my stay went well. Now unfortunately my room had multiple dirty sheets in it, in the bed and pull out bed. The floor had old debris that needed to be vaccumed, the bathroom tiles were loose and sticking up off the floor, the shower did not drain properly, during my 3 night stay my towels and toiletries were only changed once. I was on the second floor and the elevator call button did not work so I would have to go back to the first floor and ride it up to the second to get my luggage out on the dolly. Needless to say I did not have a good experience and would not recommend moving forward.
