My partner and I brought the new year in Antigua. We stayed in this wonderful boutique hotel for 5 days and 4 nights. This hotel is small, but it is gorgeous! As others have mentioned, there's a wonderful courtyard on the second floor is a beautiful view of the volcano. There is always an attendant at the front desk and they were always friendly, helpful and our check-in was fast & easy. Just an fyi, there is no curfew there, if you have a late night out you will still get back into the hotel and there is no refrigerator or microwave in the rooms. We had a room on the second floor with 1 queen and it also had a nice sitting area (1 couch & 2 chairs). The a/c worked, the tv worked and the bed was firm and comfortable (and the room smelled really nice). Be informed, the bathroom is a bit tiny but it works and is nice. Let the water in the shower run for a little bit and you will have a nice warm shower. I have absolutely no complaints of the breakfast. The pancakes were amazing and so were the other breakfast options and the ladies serving were always sweet. Don't expect your food in 5 minutes please, sit and enjoy the ambience. And the bonus, this hotel is in the most convenient area, so walkable to anywhere you'd want to go and it's very safe. Overall I would recommend this gem to anyone who can appreciate the beauty of this cute boutique hotel.
