The room was very clean and the staff were very friendly. There are many options for nearby food like starbucks and traditional restaurants, as well as nearby family mart and 7/11 convenience stores. The entire hotel was clean and room service was done often. The room was big and spacious with a big bathroom with a heated bidet toilet. The beds were also comfortable with plenty of light and a big window. Transportation was very close too with multiple bus stops and transit routes. The hotel was also really close to Kyoto Station making transportation and rail transfers easy.

This is in a good location, the building is a bit old it seems. The front desk is courteous but either lie or themselves don't have full information. Do not be fooled by the details page, they don't have parking and they lie about the rates. One day they told me they would cover my parking, abd one day they told me parking is 1000 per night. By checkout, all of this was forgotten and I was asked for 4000 (2000 per night) for parking. Overall, I will suggest to stay away from this place.
